Dick was a naval officer in Viet Nam, who holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and the University of Chicago. For over 25 years he was the President and CEO of a mid-sized manufacturing company in Wisconsin, recognized nationally for quality and service. Dick has a very strong financial background and is a highly skilled, experienced negotiator.
